Most likely just server problems, lagging or offline. Just wait a little and it should be fine...

Try redownloading java. Check if you have the uptodate version. maybe try removing some stuff off of your computer?

maybe try Defraging your comp and doing a disk clean up?


Defrag= puts all ur files in order so it can find them faster
disk clean up = removes useless junk

Do what Seno said, or just be patient and restart your client. There's other clients that do help with reducing the connection lost's... Look for them on here.
