need help with image

i went to imageshack and i did whot i was told and it keeps saying
The file format you attempted to upload is not supported.
what should i do

If you still have the image. Open it in photoshop or MS paint, then Try saving it as .PNG ... Apparently the file you saved it as can't be uploading there.

jpg jpeg png gif bmp tif tiff swf are the only image files allowed to be uploaded. Also, make sure it is less 1.53 megabytes. Do as Seno said, also a bmp image should just work just fine. Bmp is the default for MS Paint when you save an image usually...
