If you want you can download a simple program which can help you design, customize and resize userbars from here (http://www.amitysource.com/userbar_maker.php).

I'd recommend getting Photoshop CS3. But if you can't, just use the following site.
Userbarmaker.com
It's simple but not as good. But if you do decide to download Photoshop (without buying it) be careful. I'd recommend getting it off a friend that already has it.

But like I said, go to the site I posted if your don't have Photoshop.

(It costs $100 U.S. Also, try and find a friend that has it or a program called PhotoShop Elements. If any of your friends do have Photoshop, make sure you have a USB that can hold 70mb. Drag the photoshop folder into your USB then upload it to your computer. And walla! You have photoshop! So just ask a few of your friends.

Or you can just continue using Userbarmaker if you like. But it's not as good and effective.
