If anyone knows "Habbo" This is similar, although instead of rooms you build in cities, and it is also a teen chat based virtual game, just like Habbo.
Forums are up now, although client is yet to be released.

If you want to sign up, you'll be one of the first, even if you dont feel like being a part of it just make an account for future purposes.

I am the owner of Citysixteen. I have no idea how i came across this page (heh), but I'll give you some information while I'm here.

City16 is actually an IMCE or MMOCC, not an MMORPG.
At present there is no scheduled release time, so don't hold your hats just yet.
A new website with a unique members system is being built as we speak.
The BETA will be released with the website.

@masterlop: I could only give you an estimate from looking at the list. Its around 500+ at present.
