I can't recall a "Skill Calculator" being ever made, but there are some very good guides in the Guides section on the Forums that might be able to help you out with finding the experience for skills.

After you chop a tree, for example, maple tree, then you calculate how many exp you have gained from the tree, just 1 log will do. After you know how much exp does 1 log give you, then go to this website
http://www.runehq.com/RHQCalcView.php?id=00366
Type in the GOAL level that you want, in the box, at the right side of the "Goal level". After typing, you will see the amount of xp for that level. But ignore the logs exp given below there, because thats for Runescape, and the exp is different. So, type in the expected level that you want, they will give you the exp of the level. Take exp, minus away your current exp, that is the amount of exp needed for that level. Next, Take the amount of exp, divide it by the exp of the log, that gives you the amount of logs needed to level up.
Here is a picture example of where you type your goal level, and where you get the xp.

As you can see, to get level 99, you need 13,034,431XP , thats 13million exp. Type in any level that you want, they will give you the XP. Hope this helps you.
Remember, IGNORE the exp of the trees given below, the EXP is for Runescape, which is diffrent. We only make of of the Goal level XP to find the XP.
