Also,
Please use the Live Support Feature which is located on the front page.
Type in the feilds that appear and wait for an operator to answer your Topic so that you can find out why you were banned/muted.

If the Live Support is offline, Just fill out the feilds, but it'll be a while before it goes back online(or until an operator turns it back on).
