How To Make A Fan Bar

heyy, can anyone make me or tell me how to make a Fan Bar ?

Well to make one you can either use a site that generates them for you, such as http://userbarmaker.com/ or you can make them yourself using a program such as Photoshop.

I'll make one for you, just tell me what colors, and what items/words you'd like to have on it.
