whos gone give me my legend. mod or admin read!

well today server keeps crashing in like every 10minutes
well any p mod or admin please read it:
i was at yannil bank selling legends cape and then one player wanted to buy it he traded
after that he cancelled and like after 10sec disconnected me well i went back in and what i see..
-.- my legend is gone! so any admins can give me back? or if u don belive ask my friends and check logs or smt :(
