You've got a better chance at getting in touch with someone that can help you at the Help Desk (http://dodian.com/support) where you can submit a ticket, explaining your problem and what you need.

If they changed your password, don't you think there was a good reason for it?

It may seem that way sometimes, even though it's not exactly true. You can do what I said if you want to get some help, or you can sit around thinking that no one helps you, either way... it's your choice.

A ticket reply can take anywhere from 1 hour to 1-2 weeks, also try to recover your password by signing in with in invalid password and clicking "forgot password"

The staff will never, ever change your password unless requested. There is a password bug going around so it could be that it changed back to a previous password you used. Please submit a ticket, and wait for a moderator+ to view it to deal with your problems. Like I said, we staff don't just view people's passwords for the fun of it, we only change/view them when requested or when needed.
