How do i fix this problem?

Well the login screen goes fine...but once i enter my ID and Password then i click "log in"..like it shows but the map is black and the main screen is black..I can see the chat box but it's empty, the stat bars and the others aren't tehre

is there something wrong? or what is it?

thx noles..i had to delete the cookies from Firefox and Explorer..and it worked
