Why cant i change the avatar!

if i go to the CP and then i click on avatar settings...it doesnt let me to change my avatar!:mad:

actually i dont have none..but i cant add too...what is wrong...staff help me please:o:confused::(

there is button front of that with black mark inside of that and it says..do ot let change the avatar!
and i cant take away the black mark too-...

Either someone has it like that on purpose (so only premium members can), or they just don't know about it...

oh...ok thanks...now i know...nobody doesnt will see my devil avatars no more!
