Error Connecting to Server

i'm gettin Error Connecting to Server,
my box is like this,

Username: V I P Soulja
Password: --------------------
Server IP: www.dodian.com


why can't I log in,
I've been doin for at least an hour,
should I change my Server IP,
and to what?!

When it says error connecting to server, it means the server is down - probably for maintenance
