You're both getting that eh? Maybe there's a login but on your accounts... that's really the only thing I can think of.

If you've got continued problems with it, submit a (General) ticket at the Help Desk (http://dodian.com/support) explaining what your problem is. An administrator will hopefully change your password for you, and fix your account.
