Xfering from ban to playable?

I don't know how else to phrase this but, I was woundering if it was possible to xfer items\cash from your banned main to a new account? I don't believe this would be possible but i'd figure I would check it out :).

It's banned for a reason, and you'll have to unfortunately suffer the consequences of your sentence (one of which being, not using that accounts items).
