I submitted a ticket to recover my main account because I forgot the pass or it was changed... I submitted the first ticket 6 days ago, and I submitted another 4 days ago, thinking that maybe the first one didn't go through... But neither of them were answered and they are both still "open". Is there anything else I can do, because I just want to make sure my account is safe :/
