You're going to need to upload your picture on a site such as http://imageshack.us/, and then give us the direct link for it.

I (obviously) can't, but first and foremost you're going to need to at least move your report into the right section (http://dodian.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=97). Secondly, how would the staff members know what/how he scammed you? (This is where evidence comes into play).
