Why isn't it working?

(Okay i have a bad habit of using profanity on the computer so i will try not too) Okay for the last 2 hours i have been trying to get on the server... but it doesn't let me on... is this happening to anyone else? do any of you know how to fix it? if so please post so i can get back on as soon as possible...

The server keeps goign up and down due to the new pking, making ti crash alot temparly, hopefully will be fixed shortly.
