The irc wont let me connect. Can anyone help me out?

The irc on here is glitched. But you can get mIRC and connect to it. Use my guide which is Here (http://dodian.com/forums/showthread.php?t=23868) to help you get connected to dodian irc with mIRC.

No that is the port for most irc channels.
