client not loading?

how come it wont let m friend vodka i c e cant acess dodian.com it wont load thru his ip but he can acess with a prox any idea what has happend or what needs to be done to be fixed?

its not the client its acualy dodian.com but he can load it thru a proxy any ideas?

This is just a bug, its trying to be worked on.
