It is real easy. Look around on the website and you should know how to use it. If not there is a program you can use to make userbars but I don't know the download link to it sadly. I would advise making your own in photoshop though if you have experience in graphics! ;)

try ubdesigner.com (http://dodian.com/forums/ubdesigner.com/) i have used it thousands of times in the past... the only thing i can find bad is the amount of time it takes to search for a pacific userbar. the rest is perfect. =P
