Okay, Java don't double post, please. To mine ess you need a pickaxe and you go to the wizzard's guild in yanile, then go up the sets of stairs and click on the weird looking walls up there. But, forreal, you would get more exp by buying or mining your ess and turning them into bloods, not by trading one by one.
