hmm ok im now 74 almost 75 slayer and i recently got a crystal from skele hellhounds, what does it do and is its use perm only?

Used with dark crystal to form a crystal key. You need to have 60 Crafting and Premium? Not sure about premium.

What to do with the crystal dropped by skelly hellhounds?

Skelletal hellhounds will drop rare a part of the crystal key. (Light part)

Once u recived this crystal, U need to have tasks for Lessers( 72+ slay required) wich drop the other half of the crystal key. (Dark part).

Once u got the both parts, U need 60 crafting to make the key.

Is the key premium only?

Crystal key is for so far I kno premium only. So, If ur not premium, U can get a crystal drop but normally u can't pick it up.

by what ive seen non-prems found a way to get it but use it just for money making after 75 slayer, since they dont get xp after 75(which isnt that good most of the time, so not seen very often)

unlimited.

crystal key is for the slayer dungeon(unlike runescape where it is for a chest)
