How can I get my account back?

Hello Everyone, I have a little problem. My brother stop playing dodian and he gave account to me. I forgot password and I only know e-mail. And now there is a problem. There is no more @ganja.ac mail. It was deleted and they changed it to new mail called @ganja.com. I can't get my account back anymore. I don't remember my password. Is there any chance I can get my account back? Can't you check IP or something?
If it's in wrong section can you move it to right one.

submit a ticket at www.dodian.com/support (http://www.dodian.com/support)
explain all the details you know and anything that can help speed up the process and wait for a mod to reply to the ticket
