We're sorry, we cannot refund your items. We're not responsible for bugs, crashes, losses in duels, the wilderness, and anything else. If you do experience a bug resulting in item loss please report it.
The reason being is that only the owner ( Dodian ) can re-spawn items and cannot be on most of the time because he's dealing with the website and premium issues that come to his attention. One other reason is because we'd have people who would try to exploit our system and get items back that they never had in the first place.
