The easter egg i like.
It could be like staking item.

I got all of them, purple Phat, red Phat, Yellow Phat, and acracherk and mask set, 5m from santa, but i quit rs =]

Why would we have:

Easter Egg (Hense the word "Easter" thats because its a "Easter" event item and not a bloody H'ween event..Gorm)
Chocolate Eggs (Why in the hell would we use "Eggs" for a flippin h'ween event)
Disk Of Returning (This was used for banned characters, just they werent ban.. It was a ring you rubbed to return from the "Jail" type thing)
Rubber Chicken (Yes, this is a event item, just I think it was an easter one.. Not sure, but I have on RuneScape anyway.
Half Jug Of Wine (Not even a event item let alone Halloween item.)

And guess what? Out of all of them, we would probally only have the pumpkin, because unlike the others, that was the only halloween event item you picked?

But, nonetheless, people would probs prefer something to wear, not something to eat...
