Need to contact an admin, how?

I need help in contacting an admin to remove the "Underscore" in between my name, because i am unable to login to the game. Does anyone knows how to contact an admin? I tried using the live support 1month ago until now there is no reply. I seriously need some help if not i won't be able to login.
