Recent item losses!

Recently there has been alot of people complaining about losing items to the server crashing or lagging out, which is causing some items to be destroyed. Although we are deeply sorry for who ever this happens to, we are sorry to say your ITEMS WILL NOT BE REPLACED. There are lots of people in game complaining about this, There is no use complaining as there is nothing that can be done. If you have lost an item and begin complaining after warned not to, you are liable to face a mute. What you have to realise is, Staff members are only human. If we are online and 50 people are shouting at us, we cannot handle you all. This often leads to nobody being helped at all. If you see a Staff Member is already busy don't just start yelling their name. Either wait till they are not busy or ask another Staff member.
