Basically, Uber 4.0 will be like an alternative world. Uber 3.0 will still be here with all your items, but when you go to the new world, it will be like a different account. All your stats will be reset and your bank will be emtpy, like starting a new account. But you will still have your items on the 3.0 server. Hope this answers it.

Nope theres no release date at the moment.
