Hi,Blub Klub here. Since I've starting writing poems,I've learned of many different genres,or types,of poems. But my favorite that I've ever done has to be Haiku.
For those of you who don't know what haiku is,it's a Japanese form of poetry consisting of 17 syllables,as most of you know them. It used to be called hokku,but changed at the end of the 18th century. Here is an example.
My name is Blub Klub (5)
My real name shall not be known (7)
I play Dodian (5)

Ok that sucked but I'm just trying to get the point across. Now I want you all to post your haiku here,as I love hearing haiku and the great things people make of it.

Watch the fierce dragon
It's tail shimmers with fire
It feeds on ogres
While the human walks
The fierce fire dragon stalks
Hunting in the night
The dragon is still
The human senses something
The dragon stays still
Sir human goes on
Who is dragon takes a leap
The dragon kills him

Of course that could have gone on with the eating and so on.
