Before we get to the Rules, I would like to say that Live Support is ONLY for help. Anyone coming in to say "hi" will be banned from Live Support.
If any of the rules below are broken, you will suffer the consequences.
Rule 1: Abusing Live Support
You cannot abuse the Live Support or the operators that are on it. This means - no spamming, flaming, lying or wasting an operators time. Failure to comply will result in a 3 day ban from the Live Support.
Rule 2: Offensive Language
You are not permitted to use any language that is offensive, racist or obscene while speaking with the operator, failure to comply will result in the chat being closed and being banned, from Live Support.
Rule 3: Think before joining
You must have a legitimate reason before contacting an operator. Ignoring this rule will result in a kick from the support system.
