here are some english poems that i need to hand in , in 1 week hope u like them.
and thingy poem i forgot the name here it is:
Life is like a box of chocolates
you start off with the good ones
nice and tasty with tasty insides
but then you have the bad flavours
and you just don't want to finish them off
this is a Limerick
There was once a boy with a hatchet
i don't think anyone could match it
He wanted a gun
to have lots of fun
but he was afraid somebody would snatch it
and a Haiku About the book hatchet if you have read it which i have just made up on the spot:
BOOM! into the lake
The wheel smashes brian's head
Brian gets knocked out.
And lastly a Time Travel Poem:
1.I used to be a pair of roller skates
that clanked along the sidewalk.
Now i'm a 10-speed and you better give me room.
2.I used to be a shiny coin
jingling in a boy's pocket,
ready for fun and adventure
but now i'm a vending machine
full of things that people need
They punch and i'm supposed to produce.
There's not button for what i want
and i can't even keep the change
^^ Teacher helped me with that one :) I'm only 13 :)
