Ok, this is regarding the recent powerleveling scams.
I have pointed out to a few people that powerleveling is NOT against the rules but you should take precautions because from now on, all items of value that are lost will NOT be replaced or returned to the original owner but the scammer shall still recieve punishment.
So now your asking, "What precautions should I take?" there are many obviously precautions that you must take before you should even consider giving your account to someone else to do what they will with. Remove all items of value to a differant account for safe keeping (get a mod or trusted member to transfer the items for you)
Check if the powerleveler is legit. Are they a 1 post wonder and just out to take your items? Or are they a fairly trusted member who just has a lot of spare time?
If it turns out to be a noob out to get your items, you will be glad that you took the first precaution.
"The unthinkable has happended! My account has been stolen and the powerleveler refuses to return it! What should I do?!"
The first thing you should do is infom a mod ingame or on the IRC, be persistant in getting thier attention, but dont become a pain in the arse like most people end up being. After you have informed a mod online, He or She SHOULD help you, if for some reason they dont, move onto the next mod, if all else fails, post your query in the "Scammers" section and a mod will eventually get round to helping you. Once the moderator has been informed of the status of your account, He or She should get in contact with the powerleveler who refuses to give you your account, if they still refuses to give your account back, the Admins will be informed and they shall deal with the situation.

Hey ppl,i thought i wud make this post cuz i think powerlvling is a load of ****.Most of these ppl whp claim to "powerlevel" your account is just a scam waiting to happen. Most of these "powerlevelers" are just sad 40 year old men with no life and live with their mum and dad,or just have alot of spare time and don't know how to spend it.If you are going to get someone to powerlevel your account on rs or uber server just check out the site first.
thank you,
Fazdapker.
Are you allowed to advertise on these forums or wut cuz im dying for ppl to download my rs2 bots.I'm not going to say what my site is because i might get banned.Btw how do u get sigs on here cuz it just takes me to a site? B)
