banned for?

well the other day on this account i went to log in to the game and it said i was banned
can i please ask how i got banned and what i did
and can i mod show the evidence of it thanks :)

YOU USE livesupport to send tic to mod and they see it.. they show you the evidence also. my ban was a huge mistake done by ME
