Can someone Please give me a link to a tutorial on how to do that thing where you add glow to the pen tool. If you don't know what i'm talking about, i mean the pen tool in this:

well if you dont already know how to do the pen tooling, i suggest finding a tutorial on it. For the glow, there are 2 ways.

First, double click the layer your line is on, go to blending options, set an outer glow of the color you like, done.

Second, duplicate the layer your line is on, on the original one, go to filter > blur > Gaussian blur and mess with the settings.
