Dodian Lottery!

Today i will be kicking off the Dodian lottery with its first round.
The way it works is simple.
There will be a winner every single day the lottery is drawn.
PM me in game (elvenally) to buy a ticket (or more)
Tickets will be 100k.
I will be managing all entries in excel and will us a random number formula to draw out the winner.
All numbers will be given in order of entry.
The prize will range from 1-100m. PM me in game to find out the current jackpot.
The jackpot will raise as more people buy tickets.
I am hoping to get a lot of participation so lets kick this off right.
Todays drawing will be at 5 PM central time. You need not be online to win i will PM u when u become online

There is already a Lottery for Dodian, that has been approved. There is no need for this. Also I doubt anyone will do this seeing has you have !5 activity and only 15 posts. Sorry...someone lock this?
