As you can see a few of them are blank because I'm unsure what to get.
Could you please help me choose one.

Also could you give advice on the system.

Will it be stable?
Will I need more memory?
What kind of power supply would I require?

Thanks,
Paolo.

On the network adapter... It depends on what your setup is... please explain if you have wireless internet already... and your type of connection.

replace the intel cpu with an amd

also, you might run into some problems with the windows xp 64 bit edition but definately go for it, with the right software, you will see some sick performance.
