Help If You Have Any Information With This Please

I think someone hacked into my laptop.
I cant open anything from my Start Menu.
Cant open up Paint or any Microsoft program, or a calculator
And I can't send things on MSN.
Can't go to some websites
Cant use tabs on internet
Cant open more than 1 internet

I can take it to Best Buy,
but, my parents would find out
this is the 2nd time
Best Buy fixed it the first.
My parents think Im not responsible
If they think that, they said I can't get a car :(
So, I'm trying to find a way to fix it myself...
So my parents dont find out.Any ideas please.

Dont be stupid... no dumb comments...

Ive scanned my laptop
Found 1 cookie, Fixed it
Gonna to do more detailed scan tomorow.

Yesterday,
My computer shut off,
My screen turned blue,
and it said something like:

Preparing for dumping files
Dumping files: 100
Dumping files complete.

I'm back on...
But I have a feeling something is gonna happen again..

well it doesnt sound like a trojan. i have like 8 on my laptop and ive never seen it do that, but it could just be a different trojan.

My friend had a trojan sort virus and had same reactions.
If it is then all is infected.

A few of my friends have downloaded LimeWire, onto their laptops and have gotten the same bug. One was a mac, one was a regular notebook. Their computers kept shutting down, and crashing, and they had to get them fixed.

Lucky that you can go on dodian, its definitely a virus of some sort a bad one too. Get trend micro internet security and do a full system scan.Trend is really good.

I had almost same things, then it took about 30min and then it went away, but I remember next day I tried to open my computer it didn't open so my parents had to buy me a new computer , it can be easilt virus too .

Best thing to do is get it repaired professionally, don't tinker with it yourself if you're no good at it...i wiped my hard drive by accident when i was 11 thinking i was smart. lol

Sounds like your harddrive has gone bust. Same think happened to me. I wouldn't take my opinion though im not very good with computers.

Mate, it happened to me.
I had auto clicker up while i was eating dinner
cutting trees on runescape :)
When i come back, there was like,
20000 pages of p(o)rn up.
Because a pop up came and it was clicking on it.
And because i clicked on it, some how it gave me a trojan.
It turned my WLAN off on my laptop every like 10 minutes.

My solution:

Turn your laptop off for like 24 hours, after that it maybe will be gone.

It still has its issues..
