Mining Update + Yell

Mining has been changed significantly and had its usability improved. You will now get more than 1 ore per click and it shouldn't take as long as it did before. The mining bonuses of the iron and mith pickaxes have also been improved.
Yell has also been reinstated but is now a premium only feature in order to prevent spam and cut down on abuse.
