Runescape classic question

if you are muted on rs2 and you play runescape classic are u muted on there cause when i logged onto rs classic and started talking no one talked back so... was just wondering if someone can answer my question

Also make sure the chat options are on for talking. I was on runescape classic and must have pressed some weird butten that blocks me from seeing other people talk. I just walked around thinking everyone eles was a bot

I also got stuck on tut island and spent 30mins or so on google looking for help :o

you arent supose to get off tutorial island, you can sell RSC accoutns on tutorial island for SO much. atleast dont get it any combat stats.
