How Do I type on game from forums?

I need to know how people talk across the map when there on the forums. If you get this then thanks im a bad explainer of things.

huh? do u mean maybe.. like if im at dad and your at san to jalon.. how it shows up in black writing on screen?.. iunno if thats the case use :;yell.. but idont about this forums thing

You can't talk across the game while your on the forums, you can however talk to everyone ingame by typing ::yell before your message. For example ::yell Death to those who choose it.

Oh thanks. Someone told me you had to do it on the forums. Apparently they were wrong.
