About dodian 4.0

I have a question i know dodian 4.0 is getting tested atm.
But after a while when it's finished then dodian will release it.
And then will dodian 3.0? still be here or will it be deleted and if yes...
Will we have the levels we have from 3.0 in 4.0?

Uber 4.0 is fresh start but you can keep your Uber 3.0 account and still play Uber 3.0

Dodian 3.0 stays
Dodian 4.0 gives you fresh start(lvl 1 all stats)
