Adding pictures from file to posts?

How do you add pictures from your files to posts? becasue when i click "import picture" it says"Enter URl: http://

use the [img] codes or copy and paste

Go to Tinypic.com and upload your saved PNG file there. Then use the image code to paste it onto the forums.

Alternatively,
You could click the choose file option when you scroll down below the text box.
Just choose the file,
And make sure that it matches one of the specified file types.
Then click upload.
That is a little easier than using websites like TinyPic.

Or, you could use imageshack. I find that to work the best.
