I know the dodian client is in helpdesk But it isent working? :S so could some 1 give me the link

i have a problem when client start downloading the he said (( restart/client/to finish -restart )) how can i fix this problem i restart many time but nothing and waiting like 10 or 15 mins still nothing happents.
