You should private message this to any available moderators, you will receive the fastest reply that way. By posting this you give the rulebreaker a chance to transfer all his items to another account before he gets banned.

In that case you should be just a little more careful when staking and make sure they do not have any items on. If you are suspicious then ask them to do ::redesign.

You mean the DC rule.
It has come to out attention that recently, people have been staking under the no pmgdc rule and when disconnecting, expect a restake or freestake. We would like to bring across that this rule is no longer one and that stakers are now entitled to keep their winnings from their opponent disconnecting.

To be honest those are the rules, but you should get your D2H back. It was clearly a boxing duel and he slipped the adamant boots on. ..and every time this happens moderators say no pics, no action. You should get it back. Is it like 15m? If so I could give that to you.
