Download the latest version of java at www.java.com and try using a different internet browser. If it is a login glitch just try again later.

I'm not sure if they still might be having troubles or not. There have been issues recently with the servers, but if they are fixed, just update Java, or re-download the client, or use a different internet browser, just like Masuraki said.

Three options -

Delete file_store_32, and re-download webclient

Get the downloadable client.

Update your java.
