Computer language.

It is quite hard to speak another language on the computer when your language is set to English, i was wondering if anybody knows how to change it to a different European country such as Spain or France

One last question, do you know what language it is for Alacante, valencie, Barcelona, there are lots of different Spanish options. You're welcome. :D I don't know about those languages. Are they written in that language? If so, you would always translate what it says and see what the name is in English. Sorry if this didn't help, but I don't know much about the Spanish language. :(
