Recently many people have been hacked, so we have decided to write up the following safety guidelines:
1) Set recovery questions. Click "Account Management" on the homepage and towards the bottom you will see room for 2 questions and 2 answers. Make these something you can remember but that others wont be able to guess. To recover your account you can click account management, and if you answer both your questions correctly, change your password.
2) Set a bank pin. Pins are also set through the "Account Management" page, and make it nearly impossible for a hacker to take your items. You will need to enter you pin only once per session when you try to bank, trade, duel, or drop items. Please remember pins take 72 hours to set, for your safety.
3) Have a strong password. A strong password has both letters and numbers, but remember to never use the same password on another website or server!
4) Never tell your password to anybody. If you don't have a bank pin, they will be able to take all of your items or even change your password.
5) Don't share an account with others. If the other player takes all of your items you will be unable to do anything.
6) Don't download suspicious programs. These include programs posted on the forums that aren't approved by staff, be especially weary of "server crashers" or clients, these are notorious for stealing passwords!
If you follow all 6 of these simple Guidelines you are very unlikely to be hacked by anybody, I hope this helps you.
