If Asian banned you, you should private message him, he is the only one who can decide to unban you or not. Making a public thread on the situation will not help your cause, private messages are read over a little faster than threads.

i waited a few months patiently, but it has been a while and i've read over the forum rules several times and i think i deserver my account back so i'd obviously be very grateful if someone would restore my accounts privileges :)
