Quick Question about my PS.

Well, i tried working on my photoshop today and was about to make a new smudge then i went to the brushes place and i figured i couldn't click the scattering feature. http://i381.photobucket.com/albums/oo252/conan_wu/photoshoperror.png
^ i dont use that brush to smudge i just somehow went to it

Can anyone please tell me why?

Also other features that are there under scattering and all. Please help :(
Edit: Found error, Adobe photoshop 7.0 is a Version which is sorta like a beta of Cs2. Fixed error by Getting Photoshop cs2.

certain brushes have certain presets locked. like that one has scattering locked.

Hmm.. i tried using a brush the tut told me to use and it didn't work either :S

Listen to Lorda. This used to happen to me to, you should try to download some new brushes, they work better.=\

But i tried every brush available, including the star brushes and a custom brush made by myself :S
