World War III
During the postwar of World War II, President Wood met with Grigs and his secretary Evan at Potsdam; a resort on the Black Sea. There they collaborated and discussed numerous plans for the postwar. President Wood was enraged upon Russia; he wanted none other than the total elimination of that country. Russia, however, was also suffering from the postwar after losing millions of soldiers on the battlefield. Although Russia and the US have had their differences, they needed to focus on a shared goal; making it through the postwar. President Wood devised a plan to not only make it through the postwar, but also carry out a large-scale invasion upon Russia. Grigs took and shaped every idea that was thrust upon him with utmost consideration. He could find no better plan than the one President Wood had conjured, he also wanted Russia to pay for their malevolent decisions.
The decision was renounced; the plan was named “Operation S”. President Wood first spoke about this to his most trusted inner circle, he later announced it at a conference with the Supreme Court to jurisdict his operation. They approved, the operation would be carried out one year later in 2026 to give them enough time to adjust and stabilize the economy.
Over the next couple of months, the US had spent a total of $320 Billion to finance the postwar. Russia, being the US leading suppliers in both food and clothing, now cut off all shipments and transactions with the US. This gave President Wood yet another goal to overcome, however, President Wood’s vision of the future resurfaced and his look on the countries ideologies had changed.
President Wood setup a meeting between Democrave (Russia’s leader) and him within the Soviet City of Yalta. There he tried to convince Democrave to surrender to him their shipyards and all financing they had received. Democrave refused Wood’s demands, he argued that their postwar was as horrid as his. Later, President Wood would ask for more from Democrave, but he only refused to listen; let alone talk. It was final, President Wood ordered the formation and output of Operation S. “You will be regretful, we will not back down, Russia will face utmost devastation and dominance.” Wood told Democrave. Democrave left the meeting with that sentence from Wood being the final words he heard.

There will be much more added to this story and more detail going into what I already have, this is just the introduction chapter.
